Seattle brings both some amazing perks and some complicating factors to being a photographer. We’ve got no shortage of beautiful scenery and interesting places to explore during each photo shoot. But, not to strengthen the stereotype, we’ve also got rain to deal with.
We’re always so thankful for breaks in the rain and for families willing to brave the clouds and mist. Elle’s family falls into that adventurous category. The weather looked a little iffy on the morning we’d scheduled Elle’s 6-month shoot. But, we got one of those breaks in the rain and went ahead with the shoot. One benefit of braving the rain is that we practically had the park to ourselves. Also, it really doesn’t get much cuter than these two little siblings. James is a great big brother and Elle was game for everything! Against all odds, we ended up with a great set of Kirkland Marina Dock family photos.
