Seattle NICU baby photos

My lovely friends Leanna and Mark have a son named George who entered the world suddenly and quite a bit earlier than anticipated.  Little George has been living in the NICU for so many days that I don’t remember.  Mark and Leanna, for these countless days, continue to live between worlds: hospital and life/work/school.

My hope with these images is to capture the tension of the joy and saddness and to offer a glimpse of the beauty, strength, and tenderness of these wonderful people.
